Castor oil liver packs are great for leading to a liver flush they relax the liver, open the bile ducts, heal damaged liver tissue and relax the mind and body. Place a generous amount of castor oil over a 12x12 inch piece of cotton cloth and place it over your liver (right lower ribcage). You can also place vitamin A and E oils as well as some aloe vera juice or some coconut butter or shea butter in with the castor oil (optional but recommended). Then wrap kitchen plastic wrap around your body securing the compress over the liver.
